There are currently 84,000 practicing Chiropractors world wide in 117 countries. Chiropractic laws are reported in nearly 48 countries and approximately 90 chiropractic associations worldwide. The IFCO services chiropractors world wide in legislation and a variety of other challenges around the globe.

There are 41 chiropractic colleges in 16 countries as of January 2013. Of these schools, The Institute for Human Potential is affiliated with Barcelona College of Chiropractic, Sherman College of Chiropractic and supports the mission of New Zealand College of Chiropractic.
