The Chiropractic Philanthropist with Dr. Kelly Polzin

Growing up, Todd Sinett witnessed how his chiropractor father made his patients feel better every day (sometimes miraculously). He decided at an early age that his life mission was also to help people live without back pain. Today, he is the author of “Three Weeks to a Better Back: Solutions for Healing the Structural, Nutritional and Emotional Causes of Back Pain” and is the creator of The Backbridge System, a complementary device to help people maintain their overall health. He treats patients at his midtown Manhattan clinic that he founded in 1995.

At the core of his philosophy, Sinett has discovered that the root causes of back pain are not limited to treating one’s actual back. He discovered that emotional health and nutrition are equally important areas to assess and address when finding the root causes of back pain.

Sinett evaluates pain points, range of movement, and alignment of one􏰂s body and then provides a treatment program based on these categories: Structural (muscles and bones), Chemical (diet and nutrition) and Emotional (daily stress). If one of these elements suffers, overall health suffers and this overall pain quite often manifests in the back. Most often, patients stop suffering back pain through his recommended simple lifestyle adjustments and exercise routines that take just minutes a day.

With his proven success and countless patient testimonials, Sinett has become recognized authority for his expertise in applied kinesiology, and has served as clinical expert for many television programs, including The View, FoxMD and Good Day New York. He also has been a featured lecturer at MSNBC and the Learning Annex.

A native of Merrick, Long Island, Sinett received his undergraduate degree from American University, and graduated, with honors, from the New York Chiropractic College. He is an active member of the New York Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and the International College of Applied Kinesiology. He received his certification in Meridian Therapy (Acupressure) from the New York Chiropractic College, and is a Certified Fitness Trainer.
